Rack and pinion's at all my local parts stores for remans are running $250ish, and it is going to cost money for shipping. If you can get a reman for $110 Go get that, that is a killer deal. What parts house quoted you $110? May have some good deals for others to take advantage of.

steering racks in good used condition have been selling for $100 for a few years now. Remanned ones I havent seen for less than $225 done right. So for $110 jump on it.

I have one without tie rods. Last time i had it in the car it worked fine.
