I'm idling over 1000 rpm is that bad or good ?

Idle should be around 750rpm, might have a vacuum leak.

Yep

Then check your IACV adjustment screw if you dont find any leaks.

make sure its at running temp first, if its cold it will idle over 1000rpm

if it has 272* duration camshafts installed thats normal
