Drivetrain help.....thx

I have a 96 s14 putting in a redtop. Car was auto, converting to manual. Bought 96 J30 rear end.... I know this topic has been hashed, but what driveshaft do I need? Is there a difference between the ABS and non ABS manual s14 driveshafts?

Stock S14 manual tranny driveshaft. Either one will work. ABS one is better because its a tiny bit shorter but either will work.

whats the going rate on these at the yards.... I got quoted 125, I think thats pretty high.
