s13 240sx hud help

I have a 91 240sx, the hud and speedometer backlights dont turn on, the clock light turns off after I turn on the headlights.I replaced the cap on the speedometer on 3 different ones and it still does not work. I replaced the tcm and still does not work. The dimmer switch works because I can see the lights dimming on the a/c lights. What else should I look for. I checked all fuses and they are all good.

I don't know about your HUD but mine was doing the similar thing with the clock and lights and ended up being the little white box by the driverside door it really looks useless but I believe its a module of some sort. oh also found out that it goes out when you do a shitty stereo installation. hope it helps.

Yea i think that white box is the tcu i replaced it and nothing
