RB25 neo idles like crap until warmed up

my rb25 neo idles like crap until its warmed up. then once it is warmed up the idle seems rather high. not sure cause i have no tach yet. most of the time when its cold it idles like it has cams.

could cleaning the iacv help with this?

only mods are

splitfirecoil packs
fmic
exhaust
downpipe
head studs and head gasket.
ive searched but of course nothing on the neo comes up

Hmmmmm check vacumm and mabye play with timing

no vaccum leaks, replaced everyone as well. i guess i could check out the timing

IACV affects quite a bit on cold starts. Look there, make sure its working and clean it and see if it fixes your issue.

Is it harder to start when the engine is warmed up? If so it probably the ECU coolant Temp sensor.

also check for codes in the ECU
