And same as Subarus.

Toyotas are 12x1.5 like Hondas, Mitsu, etc etc.

is that the same on a 1991 ??? I just changed the wheels, but my lugs are to fat and any socket that I try to use to tighten/losen them gets stuck in the little hole...hah hah,I'm looking for a long shaft one,or super small (diameter of the head only) ones....anybody know where I can find them???

All nissans are the same thread pitch, except maybe for the new truck and maybe the suv's....

GhettoKracker: are you saying the socket gets stuck in the hole in the wheel? If so, you need a thinwall socket.

Get some Tuner lug nuts like Muteki, McGard, or Gorilla. As long as your wheels are aftermarket, the lug nuts will work, unless they require a special type of shank lug nut, ie. some Kosei wheels.
