Is this stuff the right kind when people talk about GM or Pennzoil synchromesh fluid?

yea..lol...i needa get some of that stuff too...is the only place to get them at GMC?? I couldn't find them at Kregan...maybe autozone mite have..cuz im install LSD...sorri to steal thread..

AutoZone has it for $4.95 here. If you can't find it there, any GM parts counter will sell you a black bottle of it for $10. I'd say it's woth it to look around.

Oh, how much do I fill my trans to? I can't find it in my manual...

I was told that the GM synchromesh tranny fluid come in another version called "friction mod" or something in that nature, its suppose to provide better protection. Could anyone confirm this? Thanks.

yes its called friction modified, they make little bottles to add to our diff oil too
