So the time has come for me to move on from the Z. I have loved this car for 2 years and it has been great. I've never had any issues with it and I have cared for it well.

The car has always been taken care of, never wrecked, raced or abused. I have always used the highest quality fluids and fuels.

The car was modded at one point, but it has been returned to stock and is in perfect shape. The car does not use any oil, nor have I had any issues with the steering lock. The car had faulty shock springs when I bought it, but have since been replaced with the updated ones from Nissan.

Specs:

2009 Nissan 370Z Base + Sport
JN1AZ44E39M04118
19" Rays wheels
Akebono brakes
VLSD
Synchro-Rev-Match
36,xxx miles. (won't change much as it isn't my daily driver)
6spd mt

Brilliant Silver exterior

There is one small ding on the rear quarter. It was there when I bought it, never bothered me enough to change it. You'd never notice it unless I pointed it out.
The driver side rear section of the side skirt has a 1 inch scratch. Nothing serious, it has been touched up.
The wind shield has 2 small chips that have been filled, but you can still see them.
The front fenders have been rolled, but are in good shape. The passenger side fender liner has a small hole from my old wheels. The tabs on the front bumper were cut, but the bumper does not come off.
Optional splash guards are included with the car

Black cloth interior

The inside is in great shape.
Never smoked in
I have never eaten or had any other liquids other than water in it. It's near mint.
Floor mats are in great shape, the driver has slight wear, nothing major.
Rear panels are all in great shape with minimal scuffs
This car does has the carpeted rear cargo mat.

Never wrecked, 100% clean title. The front bumper has been repainted due to rock chips and the fact that the previous owner drilled holes in the bumper for the front plate, which is not required in Louisiana.

The front headlight reflectors have been smoked, and the brake calipers were painted gold at one point, but now are back to the original color with the stock sticker on them.

The only mod on the car that will remain at the Alpine type S components. The factory head unit is back in.

Price:

KBB has the car worth $25,400
NADA has the car worth $26,500
My price: $24,000.
I am not willing to trade for anything. Except maybe a Lamborghini or GTR... at that point yes. However, please do not offer me anything as I have another car in mind that I'm going to buy.

I think the price is fair and I'm firm on it.

I will be taking all new pictures next week, but for now... these will do. The car will not have the radio, GTR button, or PWJDM knob... or front lip. 100% stock. The reflectors were smoked after these pics were taken.
