Hey all. Since I got my 240 I've had to screwdriver arc start it all the time :fawkd: The car had an aftermarket alarm that has since been mangled, ripped out, and I don't even know what's left of it. Point being, it'd probably be a wiring mess to figure out. Can anyone give me an idea of how to wire up just a pushbutton start of some kind, so all I have to do is turn the key on and use the button to crank it?

Thanks in advance, I'm just a little stumped.

well, either way, you're going to have to clean up the starter mess because you're going to be tapping off the steering column wiring, or running your own wires. Take some time to unhook the harness that connects the starter, battery, alternator, fusebox, it's seperate from the main harness, and you can clean it up.
