s14 ka-t has power but injectors wont pulse?

ive got an s14 ka in my hatch with sr injectors and the motor is getting spark i just cant get the injectors to fire, switched the lines around to see if itd help, nothing. fuses and relays appear to be good. grounds are all fine. just running out of things to try, what do you guys think? what would cause no injector pulse?

make sure you hook up the ignition start signal wire to your normal s13 dash plug as this will cause a no pulse condition.
