Im waiting for parts to arrive to have this done to use on my KA-T.

I cant remember where I found that photo... anyways:
Im wondering if placed exactly like that, will a 38mm wastegate bypass enough gas to hold 10psi on a GT2871r - style turbo? I know Ill be able to hold more than that because the higher the boost the less it has to bypass... but the lower the boost the more it has to bypass in order to slow down the turbo.
Any experience with this? Thanks guys!
