sr not firing up

My Sr is getting fuel but I don't think its going through the injectors I do not smell the fuel also I am not getting spark I put it in time and still nothing it cranks over fine I've seen tons of post about this problem bit can't quite understand what the people are saying to do so can any one help me out my car has been off the road for a month now can some one please help me out!!!

turn the ign on then pop the clips from each injector then check for voltage.

if theres no voltage go trace the red wire then find the break

Ok ill try that tomorrow but do you know any reason why I'm not getting power to the coil packs I have them grounded to the back of the head

Is that the right place to ground it ?

go ground it to a 10mm bolt through the firewall behind the valve cover.

check your ignitor chip to see if you are getting voltage there.

Ok ill do that and how do I check the ignitor sorry for these questions but I mostly work with carbed motors
