Help taking off s14 headliner.

It's a s14, sun roof. How hard is it to remove it?..and how to take it off?! Never done it on any of my cars...ill be taking it off tomorrow to dye it black.

-a pillars must come off
-seat belts must come off to take b and c-pillars off
-dome light and map lights have to come off
-on my s13 there was a trim piece that held the headliner up in the rear (look near the top of the rear window
-not to sure , but the seats either have to be retracted all the way down in order to slide head liner out from either the driver door or the passenger door

have fun, its a bitch lol at least it was for me bc i didnt want to ruin the my headliner in the process

I ripped mine off. I had like 400 sunflower seed shells from that goddamn mouse living in my car.

sun roof head liners are a headache, do every thing s-nation s13 said he pretty much sum'd it up.

ugh, i was wondering how hard this was, i've gotta pull mine down to fix my leaking sunroof

Really not that hard. The clips behind the b pillar trim and along the back glass are the hardest part. I took mine out without taking the seatbelts out, the sunroof piece is the only thing I had a problem with. You gotta have it like half open and reach towards the back to release 2 clips.
