Yes i searched.

While driving down the road at random times the rpms are all over the place, it's not just the tach the car hesitates/stumbles/misfires etc. when the tach drops.

check ground going to the MAF.

also check the plugs going to the dizzy. since that is what sends signal to the tach.

Plug is good havent had a chance to check ground

car did it again yesterday, while car was on full retard mode it would only rev to 5500rpms

I'm going to check my grounds this weekend.

Things done since it started happening

Coil
Ignition Module
Coolant temp sensor
Maf regrounded

yet i'm still having the same problems, i replaced all the parts with new parts from Oreilly Auto parts not junk yard stuff

Do you feel the engine simulate what the tachometer was showing?

Sort of, when the tach drops for a full second or two I can hear the engine decreasing rpms but not as dramatic as the tach shows

The feeling reminds me of accelerating but then letting off the gas while keeping the car in gear

how old is your fuel pump and / or fuel filter?

Filter is new, pump I have no idea

A guy in town has a walboro for $50 ive been thinking about getting it
