S13 blacktop wiring near ignitor?

I've been searching this on the web for a good minute now, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer..

I have this plug: with two wires coming off of the ignitor wiring. orange w/ black stripe and possibly orange or brown wire which is going to the same plug.

Does anyone have an idea of what that plug is for?
