Those improvements are nice for sure!

The Dreadnoughts are their "top end" shock, so obviously they have more features and are more race oriented (inverted monotube, different shock oil, etc). What are you looking to do with your car?

The Swift helpers are pretty stiff so I'd probably only recommend those for a straight race use. FA also makes there own line of helpers that aren't quite as stiff if you really want those.
