hks blow off not opening

my hks ssqv never opens up for some reason and i have it T'd into the FPR vacuum line. i dont really know what's wrong and im getting some bad compressor surge. if anybody has had any problems with this, please help me. Thanks

is the adjustment screw too far in? other than that check for vacuum leaks in the line to it.

i think i know the problem. i have it hooked into the same line that my BOOST gauge is hooked into. oops. it's seeing boost and no vacuum. the HKS SSQV has to see only vacuum and not boost, right?

where would you guys recommend me hooking it up at? right now it's hooked to the back of the intake manifold down underneath sorta.
