go lower
if you have the suspension to match it (adjustable arms)

your geometry is all fucked up too low w/ stock setup. yeah you wont notice it till you really replace it with the goods

but i fyou car so much about looks, go lower

tuck the rear tire treads, tuck the top of front tire

it looks hot that way (how my car is...with the suspension upgraded as wlel to match)

Thanks for the info, yes Im aware that OEM arms have a limit geometrically and such.

Arms would be the next thing, its something ive been building so it will take more time. ($$$ Adds up lol) I wont have them by dday12 - but eventually. Now I do have extra arms for the entire car (front rear - from wreck I got while back) maybe I could weld those up - with one correct setting *shrug*

Im not ALL performance or ALL looks, i think its possible to enjoy both - and not be labled one or the other.

I say drop it more in the back and a bit more up front. Get an SE lip and lose the mudflaps.... Buff out your headlamps and it would be sex. :D

But thats what I would do.... looks good. :bigok:

Umm.. What wheel gap? :)

I say leave it as it is and maybe get some spacers for the rear.

Nice, your car doesn't look half bad the way it is!

I say you have two options:

Add sideskirts/rear valance and keep current height
or
lower it another 1/2" in the rear (front looks OK, you may rub while cornering if you go any lower!)

Got to anxious to head out to finish the headlights, after I polished / waxed the car. ya, its in desperate need. Skirts / Rear Val. would be really nice. Guess im a symetrical freak :)

Seems +35 is nicely flush only @ 0 camber

And yep, thats a final version sticker :D

its ok marcus you should of gotten 17x8 +25 in front so you can run 235/40ZR17 safely with almost any brand of coil-over system

17x8 +35 flush? Bah. Stock fenders on S13 I have 17x9 +10 F and R. (rolled and pulled of course though)

I say lower it more front and rear and get some spacers and whats with this 0 camber shit? Get like 3 F and 2.5 R

That height looks perfect. It looks like it's ready to kick @ss! I'm partial to the high performance look. Any lower and you start looking all lowrider, which to me says "All show trailer queen". I'm sure I just pissed off a bunch of people with that one.

Sorry... have to disagree... low cars rock.

Like this:

I guess it depends what your car is used for. me? Lowest possible CG is a must.

no doubt it looks cool like that, but does it look at all functional for daily driving? hell no lol, try a speed bump with that thing, or an upward angled driveway ... sorry just wouldn't work ... but if its a drifter or any other type of track car, damn right thats how id want it :) not for the street tho..

HyperTek

yup, My car aint super low dropped, and I bottomed out on a speed bump, sometimes the flow of traffic forces you to go straight up the speed bump.

But I do wnat my car lower too. But 1.) Lack of adjustible stock suspension parts 2.) Im not too sure if I can go lower on my Tein HRs, or I could be riding on bump stops. 3.)High offset wheels look even worse on a dropped 240.

Admitingly, my car is not THAT low cause I daily drive it in LONG BEACH aka fucking ghetto. Once I start school up in Pasadena where the roads are actually nice and Im not driving all over the place (just commuting to school, drifting, and.. uh drifting) then I can lower it more. Its all about getting deals on aero parts and painting a 2nd bumper. That way there is always a backup for the daily driven, thrashed, scraped, chipped or broken FRP one.:D
