WTB: Stock catalytic converter

S13, though I think the 95's are the same. Not sure about 96+.

Has to be in working condition.

95-96-97-98 .. have two, one is functional and one not. Funtional located on downpipe, HOLLOW cat is in the same location as s13's cat.

You need an S13 cat; s14 is hollow (dummy cat).

Hmm. An online parts store listed the 95 as having the same part # for 95's and S13's but maybe they were wrong.

Actually, I had a junkyard look at getting me a cat off a 95 but they said it was integrated into the pipes, so yeah, no 95's.

wait a sec, isnt the dummy cat a preconverter, which would be before the real one.

I don't know a lot about s14s.

The cat on the s14 is integrated in the down pipe, then comes the dummy cat. hollow.

My guess is they put hte hollow cat for inspection purposes.. easier to see then the real cat on the downpipe.. :confused:
