WTB: S13 License Plate Holder

Getting tired of cops pulling me over... so i'm looking for an S13 front license plate holder...i believe it's some sort of bracket type holder. I'm not sure if they are different, but I need one from a year 91-94. (i've got a '92) If anyone happens to have one, shoot me an Email or PM. Thanks.

oh and if anyone could please answer this...do all stock license plate holders bolt onto the bumper? i was just looking for a holder so i wouldnt have to make holes in my bumper, but maybe im looking for a nonexistant thing? anyway if anyone can please point me in the right direction, i'd appreciate it. thanks
