excuse me if this sounds like a retarded idea,

After countless times burning my arms on intake manifold I wondered if their was a solution. My buddy runs a Saturn Redline and recently installed a honeycomb thermal gasket for his intake manifold to prevent heat soak from the blower, works like a boss. After half the night of searching I found a hand full of "thermal" gaskets and threads started back in 2007. One main point brought up is that the kade head has a water-jacket running through the manifold, whick really makes any attempt to prevent soak from the head to manifold null and void. sooo..... question

Has anyone seen a modified fab work that changes the water port of the head, or a devided manifold that has a type of overlay to maintain proper torque?

Throw some ideas at me on ways this could be done. I have a few spare heads and intakes laying around that im tempted to try something with.
