View Full Version : 95 240 SR20 BLK TOP wont start

Car has not been driven in a while. Tried to start the car it did not start,tried to jump it did not work either, when i turn the key over nothing works at all, no radio heater, mirrors, windows ... i went to the store checked battery it was dead, bought a new battery and new terminals...as you can guess the honey wagon didn't start, was wondering if anyone could help me out as to what it could be, im either thing a relay (oh checked fuses btw) alternator, ignition switch... anyways thank you for your help if you can help! PLZ HELP!

it is not turning over at all, where is the main fuse located.sorry dumb question

the green fuse to the right on the bottom part. check that to see if its blown i had the same problem.

nort - thank you i will try tomorrow,for some reason my fuse box does not look the same at all, on the cover what is it labeled as for the bat fuse

Maybe you have an s14 cause that's an s13 fuse box and he's talking about the 30amp ignition fuse.

it is a 95 s14 with an sr20 in it, could u possible help me find the main fuse in it?

Try checking the single female connector leading to the starter.. I remember mine use to pop out on it's own back in the day. I just replaced it with a sealed spade Connector for a tighter pinch so it won't wiggle loose.

ok ill check that tomorrow, on the s14 where is the main fuse in the box? i have my cover right in front of me but i cant find anywhere where it says battery fuse or anything like that :/ just big fuses with nothing to test them w/ :/
