have you tried a breaker bar?? a bar or tube, insert the tube into the wrench, or summon your strenght and go Super Sayain.also make sure the other side of that bolt isnt spinning.

PB Blaster and a breaker bar. Or if you have access to air guns get a beefy impact gun PB blast it and enjoy.

have you tried using PB blaster on them or an impact gun?

those have nuts so another thing you can try is use a grinder/cutoff wheel/dremel, and cut a slot into the nut and then use a chisel to split the nut...

or along those lines, you can also try cutting a partial slot into the nut before you split it off and try a hammer and chisel to try shocking the nut into spinning...

blaster though, its your friend...

HONESTLY, IIRC those bolts are only 14mm, if you can keep a wrench on it without it rounding and you really cant get them off, just fucking break the heads off and replace them.

remember, when you put it back, torque to spec ;) which in my book is a decent snug tight with a 3/8s drive and its always worked.

on stuff like this, i also like to put some sticky waterproof grease on it, real light so it keeps moisture off the threads

Buy grade 8 or 10, those home depot grade 6 are not up to the task:down:

go Super Sayain.

A kamehameha normally does the trick for me.

thats easy. all you need is an 14mm wrench and a small hammer. tap it slowly until you break it loose. i never use breaker bar there because you only have plenty of room to work on.

I use a bar and a couple of bad words

easiest way to break bolts loose for me is to stick a hot flaming butane torch for a min or so. this usually makes it turn like butter

I usually just stare at it till it the bolt gets uncomfortable and unbolts it self.
2ft breaker bar and a mallot. Tap it tough enough to shock the bolt and then grunt and curse a lot. It will work.

if you actually use a breaker bar theres a risk of rounding the bolt/nut

Buy dealer OEM. They're freaken bolts and might as well get one that isn't too long/short.

the bolt you dont have to touch, just go for the nut on the bolt. the bolt is used as a stud. cant really explain it. use pb blast
