cant get this intake off ka23de

Wassup I got a '92 240sx trying to get head off to fix bent valves cant get intake to separate from head. Im not sure exactly what all needs to come off repair manual has no good info and threads all say different ways and i cant get any of them to work. I guess whats messing me up is idk if the lower and upper intakes need to separate or if the intake brackets need to come off or how to get a socket on the bracket bolts seems like if u just take the intake to head bolts out they should separate but its not working for me so if anyone has some help i appreciate it

Umm, take all of the screws out and it should come right off...? Lol.

You may not be seeing a bracket or something that's underneath it. I don't have the bracket but I do believe there is one there that holds the intake mani to the block itself.

i just did this, there are two brackets that hold the lower plenum on hte engine..

unbolt those two brackets, and the mani will come right off

Thanks for the help i ended up just moving the head away from the intake
