s14 wiring ecu pinout help

i bought a s14 ka24de engine harness and the distributor plug is destroyed. so im going to put pin my plug onto the new harness. but the wires are all out of order and there all black white pretty much.
i have the ecu pinout but i cant find a diagram for the 6 wire distributor plug for the s14 harness to trace them to the pinout and connect them

does anybody know the 6 wires names or pinout number or diagram i could not find them in the fsm i might be looking in the wrong spot idk
