Looks like theres 20-30% left

I could be wrong.. only way to tell is to drive on it. Drive on 4th gear from standing, you can feel the slip if its worn out

hell yeah that shit is worn out .. shake it to see if the springs are loose cuz that can cuz vibration when u engage the clutch ... thats why it was free!
