Hi all,

I know this is my first post, but I really need to sell this car. I am a member at NissanInfinityClub and tons of DSM boards all over the net. I had the car on ebay but it did not get any bids, so I am listing it here as well.

Here are the specs:

1998 Nissan 240sx base. It is called an SE/LE on the title and registration. It is red with gray interior, automatic, and has 76k miles on the odometer. There are zero mechanical problems and the car runs 100% perfectly. The car is freakishly clean both inside and out.

I installed an Eclipse CD/MP3 player along with a really nice set of Clarion speakers. The sound system is quite nice, and it is wired for a larger one if desired.

There are a few cosmetic blemishes, all done while in the hands of the previous owner of the car. The hood has a few scratches, and the front is dented a little right in front of the Nissan emblem. The front bumper cover has a couple places that could use some paint, and the rear bumper cover has a very slight ripple above the license plate. The rear bumper cover also has some minor scuff marks that look like they can be buffed out. How the previous owner did this stuff, I have no idea. There is no structural damage to the car anywhere. It was never in any accidents and looks really great. There are other little dings here and there that are normal for a 5 year old car.

It is a '98, so it has the shark-eye headlights. Very rare car as I am sure everyone already knows. Please see the pictures in the provided link for details.

I am asking $7000. I am located in Westminster, Maryland.

Thanks for the time and space!

Well I can arrange the car to be shipped too :) I am very flexible.

I forgot to mention that the car also comes with a Silencer car alarm and keyless remote entry.

76,135 miles I believe to be exact.

No, I can't take 6k. The lowest I can go is $6,900. I still owe that much on the car. And to be honest it is worth more than that too.

No I've never heard of TurboFour in Cleveland. I have several 4 cylinder cars that are turbocharged, so it just made sense. Sorry if I offended anyone. I usually use DSM91 as my name, but this isn't a DSM board. :)

Last bump. If it doesn't sell this time around, I am just going to keep it.

Thanks for the space.

Edit: I may consider trading for a 95-96 SE plus some money. I'm open to ideas.

if im not mistaken, its not a SE, or an LE I know for sure that SE's are 5 luggers, with the se rims, those are base model rims (aka 180sx type x rims). I don't think LE had 4 lug if im not mistaken, it had leather too and 5 lug but i could be wrong. But i know its not an SE prolly a base.

Anyhow im in hte market for one, but ur a little too far, clean car ...bump!

Like I said above, it is a base model, but the title says it is a 1998 Nissan 240sx SE/LE. That is just what it says. Carfax says the same thing.

The way I see it, base model means I can put on whatever skirts, bumpers, wings (or no wings), etc without having to fill any holes or anything like that :) I really prefer the wingless look too.

Anyway, if I can get $7,000 for the car I will sell it. Otherwise I'll just keep it.

And yes, it is a killer deal. This car is very clean. Please spread the word :)

carfax will label it SE/LE but in reality it isn't. as stated above- its a base model.
