rim repair help

Hi, I live in San Angelo, TX
I was wondering if anyone knew of a rime repair place near by?
one of my rims has a crap on the lip, letting air out : /

local rim shop or tire shouldnt charge more than 60 bux to weld

depending on the damage it will cost about $100.00
