and bangs,clicks, pops happen during that time? Check your Air Filter, MAF, Sparkplugs. Black smoke usually means your running rich.
Any CEL, if so check the code.

Sadly it was the stupidest fix... replaced sparkplugs and checked sensors even reset the battery... and couldn't find it until I looked at my inner cooler and the damn piping connection was fully on for whatever reason... and I really do need a tune too... running pretty damn rich. But thanks a lot man.
