Oh no.

As some of you know.. My other 240sx blew up cause of the same reason.

The one I have now only has 140,000Km on the engine and tonight when I shut it down, I noticed bubbling in the coolant reservoir. Shoild I freak out? The car didn't overheat or anything, but there was bubbling when I turned off the car.

I did notice though that my coolant level was low. I didn't bother filling it up till I got responces from you guys. Could the bubbling be happening cause the coolant level is low? Would you suggest a collant system flush?

Should I start screaming and worrying, thinking it might be a headgasket?

run the radiator with the proper amount of coolant before anything else.

The water temp guage is not very accurate, and the bubbles could be from air escaping as the water pressure rises in the engine. You need to run the proper amount of water though.

not trying to be the mean guy... but my civic did that the day before it blew the head gasket and threw a rod, and i wasnt driving above 2500 rpms, cause it was acting wierd, so basically be careful, it might be something bad.

continuous bubbling in the radiator..-->overflow tank, is a sign of combustion escaping through the headgasket into the water jackets.
