Hey guy recently my brakes lights just stay on all the time wtf...this ever happen to anyone please any tips would help fix the issue...thanks

sounds like the little stop tab on your brake pedal assembly has fallen out or disintegrated. If it does then it won't cause the light switch contact to depress which would turn them off the brake lights.

Its a cheap easy fix.

I've had this happen twice so far on both of my s13s. If you slide under you steering wheel and look at the brake pedal you should see a switch and a empty hole on the pedal shaft. If the stopper is missing then you need to fill that hole with something or your lights will stay on all the time - Here is the replacement - Nissan OEM Rubber Stopper for Brake Light (http://www.frsport.com/Nissan-OEM-Rubber-Stopper-for-Brake-Light_p_12957.html) My first time I ended up getting duct tape and a penny and I covered the whole with that. It's a tough process but you should be able to resolve it in less than an hour.
