S14 dash harness

[GT240R]

I swapped in an RB25 in my s14 auto a while back and started a wire tuck. Does any body know what the black box under the driver side dash next to the smj box is??? Can I cut it out?

ggogle the part number and it tells you everthing
i called a dealer when i removed it

It controls your door locks, keyless entry, etc...

I don't have keyless entry or care for power locks, so can I delete it?
