S13 headlights won't go up

Headlights will turn on, but won't go up unless I flick the lever for high beams. They were working just fine 12 hours ago.

testing.. testing.. one two three.. sounds like bad switches and shit. i would start with the test light and go from there.

Now they work fine. It's like my s13 has a mind of its own. My buddies suspect a faulty relay.
