Engine bay panel S13

Hey guys, i have very bad rusting on the driver side wheel well and iam looking for someone scraping a s13 to cut this section off. Would like to find someone in NY tristate area, but if anyone is willing to do it and make a few bucks then let me know. If you have this section local i would like to go cut it my self and give you a few bucks for it.

Need it from about an inch before the seem and maybe another inch after the other seem. then from the rail to about where that line is.
