WTB(TX): 3" Bent Shifter Extender

Alright, like the title states looking for a 3"(or 4") bent shifter extender. Autobacs used to have them and they look like this

I know ISIS already makes a 5" and I do not want one that long. So if anyone has an extra one laying around I will take it :)
