So recently my car has been running great.
sr swapped s13, walbro 255, stock fpr, stock injectors
but all of a sudden about a week ago it just started bogging really heavy and it was so bad i couldnt even get up to speed at stop lights.
got it home, let it sit. tried again and the problems gone. not satisfied with not knowing what happened, I borrowed a friends stock s14 pump, and drove it about 30 miles with no more problems.
decided to swap my walbro back in to see if it indeed was the problem.
drove another 30 miles. everything went fine for those miles, then it happened again. i immediately pulled over and swapped the pumps on the side of the street. no problems.
my question is can a fuel pump die over time and work intermittently?
ive read that they either die or not. and ive also read they can die over time.
so im not sure what to think, before i spend 100 on a new walbro i just want to make sure its the problem, because i need other things for my car.
