S14 KA-T Setup

I've decided to go a different route with my s14, so the KA-T setup is up for grabs. Its a very sleeper-style setup and works very well.

The turbo is currently not for sale, but that leaves the buyer open to use whatever suits them best. I had a Holset HY-35 on it, which is T3 flanged. This is a complete kit minus the turbo. All you would have to do is source a turbo, and retune to suit! All parts were installed by me, and were purchased new (other than the maf of course). The kit has roughly 3-5000 miles of daily driving on it.

Wastegate flapper welded shut. Stock wastegate bracket removed from the compressor housing. Extremely minimal shaft play...much less than any other journal bearing turbo I've felt. Spins freely, with no damage to the wheels.

i'd let just the intercooler, radiator, and intercooler piping go for $250 + shipping.

estimated power output was probably around 220whp or so. i only ran it off the wastegate pressure, which has the original 8 psi spring in it.

the rad and IC are out of a volvo 740 turbo. they fit and work perfectly in an s chassis!

Quick question.

Are you using stock hy35 compressor housing or did you get another housing. I'm doing a similar setup but for some reason my house looking much bigger then yours.

it is the regular HY compressor housing. the stock wastegate actuator bracket has been removed, so maybe that's why yours looks bigger?
