It's in great condition. Nothing wrong with it, never been dropped. No scratches on the screen. I take care of expensive things like this. It does have four small scratches on the bottom(difficult to capture in a pic) from my buddy trying to open a beer with it. Only scratched the plastic. Funny, I know. Comes with the case and all original packaging and a nice gel cover. It is the updated version that has a 3.5mm jack. Had it for about a year but got an Iphone now.
