Does a Holset H1C need a restrictor?

Does a Holset H1C need a restrictor with a -4 feed? I've heard it doesn't, and I've heard it does, so which one is it? :mepoke:

I've heard when they come stock on the trucks, there is no restrictor. I've also heard on the DSM forums that you must use a .060 restrictor. So I'm not really sure what to think or do.

I'm running my oil feed like this:

I have a Holset HX35 and I'm planning on using a restrictor when I install it. I know lots of the DSM guys are using restrictors, so I will too.

yupp. ebay has one off a volvo or something. thats what i put on mine but my engine isnt running yet

dsm guys run restrictors because they run 100+ psi of oil pressure.
i personally wouldn't but that's just my opinion.
if it gets burned up, oh well, theyre like 100 bucks to rebuild lol
