Wondering whether anyone has had any experience with the above fuel rail. The part number is FRK-NS145-WSK.

Going from the pics I assume you can run it as a twin feed or single feed rail.

Guess my main question is can this be run with the stock FPR?

There's an inlet and an outlet, no you cannot use the stock reg.
