KA24DE No EGR problem

It is a S14 KA block with S13 Intake manifold and S13 Harness. I just dropped it in and I thought I would be able to run it without the EGR.. But it does not want to run anywhere. Once I try to bring it above a idle it cuts out. Also I should mention that the intake manifold in leaking coolant where it bolts to the head, i am going to change that now but i do not see why it would effect me not being bring the car up past idle.

So any ideas what the problem might be?

When I say NO EGR I should say the only air lines that is hooked up is the FPR and Brakebooster to the intake.

are all vacuum lines hooked up?
