Sr Rev Cut And Why The 12psi???!?!?

OK my engine revs to 7700 and still no rev limiter... i dont want to rev higher than that because im afraid of valve float. also, my car is boosting 12psi. umm i only want 7 psi... stock... why am i boosting so high? i havent been pushing it because i dont want to lean out. i still have the stock KA fuel pump and a sidemount IC. HELP!!

The whole 12psi thing, I don't know. On the SR, the Rev limiter is 7800, and the stock injectors will only handle 12psi without some air/fuel mods. So be careful. What size turbo do you have?

I have the stock t25 turbo and my mods are as follows:
cone intake filter
Trust 3' dp
catco 3' cat
Trust Power extreme II 3.14' exhaust
thats it!!! i swear!!!

so the stock injectors can take 12 psi, but will the FUEL PUMP. argh.. i dont have ne more money for this bull poop. anyone have any other ideas?

a good friend of mine was able to run 14psi using the Side mount and stock fuel pump.He is still running the stock fuel pump without any problems.

If it was me I'd test the actuator to see what the diaphram is rated at. If it is an aftermarket actuator then it's up to you whether to sell the actuator and buy a stock one from the dealer or junkyard, or spend a bill on an upgraded pump. I would just find a way to get the pump.
