30mm yes..Aluminum Im pretty sure they are...if anyone can tell by looking at them please chime in, but I dont think R33 front calipers came in anything else..

Unfortunately they do come in iron, I bought a set pulled off a GTST at my old work that were iron. I don't think the GTR's ever came in iron though.

Ive only owned S13's so to answer your question, im not sure....all that's needed for a S13 is rear ebrake assembly with cables (which i just sold) custom 2+2 ebrake cable adapters (sold on zilvia by a few users) rear rotors and bmc
