ok i need to get new springs because i cant handle the 8k\6k comb for everyday driving, now i saw on ground controls webpage that there are 2 diff. i.d. springs and now i think i can get past that, but does anyone happend to know what would be a good spring rate, i am looking for something pretty soft for daily driving.
here is the 2 types....
2.5 ID (http://www.ground-control.com/gcers250.htm)

2.25 ID (http://www.ground-control.com/gcers2257.htm)

hope someone can help me out, im not the greatest when it comes to figuring out spring rates.

thank you.
