What should i get next for my engine

So this is my first car in the scene and i was wondering what i should be upgrading in my engine next, Like cams or injectors etc. Im wanting to push close to 400 WHP i just dont know where to start at. It's a 1995 notchtop SR20det engine in a 90 HB chasis, Current mods to the engine is Toemi Fuel Pressure Regulator, Walboro 255 Fuel Pump, Megan Turbo Headers. I bought the engine with these upgrades so im trying to figure out where to start, like should i get some new injectors, cams or ??? ....

Im looking to get to around 350-400 WHP in the next couple of months or so, current HP's around 270. Engines at stock boost right now

Ooops that was a typo i meant to put 400 WHP.

2k wont get you 400whp. Save a lot more. You need 400whp turbo, that's 1500.00.
