help power door locks dont work

so im new to my 95 s14.. when i bought i realised the door locls dont work i have to manually lock/unlock...i couldnt find a thread on it so i though i start one does anyone know were to start everytime i try to use the switch i can hear the relay just click. help please...

Look so the smart entrence concetion is fixed and in the looked position.
I little Black box under the dash on the driver side.

If the conector isent loocked in place the door locks dont work.
