So, it all started on Christmas day when car just shut down on its own when driving to work...

Towed the car back home, and I could not get the ecu to self diagnosis...
During this time, the fuel pump prime (the noise), but the car would not turn over.

I knew I had a f'ed harness and a f'ed ecu, so ordered a new harness from Wiring Specialties and also bought a used ecu from a member here.

The harness came on Friday and was installed today. I still cannot get it to self diagnosis. The led on the ecu blink once when turning the key from acc to on when tried with the new ecu, nothing with the old ecu.

Now the fuel pump does not prime either...

Checked all fuses related to fuel pump, all getting 11.7v...

What should I do now?

Update:

After talking to the Wiring Specialties tech, I found out why my fuel pump was not turning on (Long story short - the guy did my swap f'ed it up, even jumper the wrong wires on the relay socket).

Now the battery is getting a charge, and fingers cross.

11.7 is too low, did you try jumping it? Check your grounds too

Hopefully the battery charge will boost the voltage up a bit...

Now I need to find another ecu... I believe I f'ed another one...
