Are s13 red-top and blacktop ECU's Interchangable?

My blacktop ECU is badly corroded on the inside. Which explains why I've been running in open loop all this time. Has anybody ever changed back and forth between the e5 and 63?

I did... E5 and 62 ECUs are interchangeable.
