You may have done that but to help your self, you haven't told us a lick of what you've done on your end to find anything otherwise Zilvians aren't going to help. Believe me your not the first person who comes on here with less than 10 posts and asks how much and what parts do I need to get such and such power. Im not flamin you but learn how to ask. Tell us what you've done on your part and we might be able to guide you in the right direction at least. No one around here has a golden spoon.

Why a 600HP KA? Seems like a bit of a stretch to me, but I'm one of those guys with little faith in the KA. Get an RB25DET and start modding.

agreed id get a rb25 if your not hurting on money with whats spent on getting a 600 horse ka you could have a real real nice rb25 swap under your hood making the same power or more depending with how much money you are looking to spend. i know buffalo has a shop called innovative performance. my friend took his rx7 with mods galore and it was making 375 horses when he first brought it there and they tuned it and it made 500 on the dyno. i know its an rx7 but they do good work. there real good with tuning. there in ny too but not exactly close to you. also alot of my friends have taken there motors there to get built and there all running strong!

but a 600 horse KA would be sick good luck to that and make sure you make a build thread so i can check this out!!! props! im a SR guy but i have lots of KA love.

600 whp ka what you need:
Kelford 272 cams
ported cylinder head
precision 6262 turbo
Arias, Weisco, JE, or CP pistons
Crower, Eagle, Pauter, Carrillo, or Manley rods
11mm ARP headstuds, possibly 10mm L19's...
T3 turbo exhaust manifold and downpipe for the 6262
wastegate
boost controller
intercooler
1000cc injectors (1600cc if using E85)
Some standalone or a daughter-board setup with a ford lighting maf, the z32 maf won't support more than 500hp
decent clutch, twin disc (Tilton, Exedy, Spec, or Competition clutch) or a stage 4 or 5..
felpro headgasket
fresh bearings, (ACL, Clevite, or King)
new intake mani with Q45 throttle body
Machine work and assembly (unless you put it together yourself)
Z32 tranny

This setup should be good for over 600whp on race gas or e85 and 500 on pump

So 600hp not 601hp right? Instead of how to make XXXWHP you should be asking yourself the bigger question WHY? WHY WHY WHY??????????????????????????? unless your competing in drag racing why on earth do you need that kind of power? What goal are you trying to achieve? You building a 600+whp KA wont be anything different, and if your planning on building a car to drive every "once" in a while forget it. BTW its not that hard to kill yourself in a 600whp KA 240. Building a 600whp 240 6k~8k, the feeling you get when losing control of a 600whp 240sx "PRICELESS"

I would say 500-600 whp flat Is a more realistic number. that alone would be damn freeway monster for sure. Also some better gearing would help out alot

Its crazy but I never hear of anyone o-ringing the block.
I'm about the only fool who spent the extra money to get this done.
Stainless o-ring with copper head gasket 11mm studs is the way to go
my block should seal to the head no matter what I throw at it.
My friend you need to go to a good machine shop and have them build the block for you. The head is another thing don't cheap out in the long run you will be glad. Just drop the whole thing off somewhere reputable and tell them you wanna make 600+ HP thats it no need to come on zilvia and ask. You show a good machine shop a lump of money and they will sit down with you all day and educate you on what you need.

My block alone was just shy of 5 grand parts included.
Every fastener, gasket, bearing, any part is new and the whole assembly is balanced to flywheel and clutch together. A good shop will know to do all of this.

if your looking for a flat HP number its probly cheaper to use a rb or a sr.
the ka makes great power but it can get expensive when you get far up there.
if you want to be safe anyway.
dont get me wrong, im running ka-t and i love it.
but im not shooting for 600hp.... yet

Well from experience you will get tired of all that mumbo jumbo pretty quick. Wanna have fun build a good handling car and take it to the track. The competition at a track is way more fun than having a boner on the freeway for like 2 seconds. Plus you dont have to worry bout cops or run the risk of killing someone or yourself. Ok, you wanna be the guy that kicks everyones ass, but guess what there will always be faster/better looking cars.
