reclocking the compressor housing?

hey okay so i couldnt find anything on this, but i was wondering if i could reclock the compressor housing on a t28 to face down so i can run the intercooler piping below so it can be hidden if my hood is popped, its for a stealth look so theres no intercooler piping showing, just the intake tube out of the turbo

i know this isn't a T28....but

that guy shows how to do it on a larger turbo, i can't recall on a t28 but it should be similar.
